1) Customer Challenges: Precision machining demands exceptionally high power quality (voltage and frequency stability); voltage sags can result in product scrap and equipment damage. Furthermore, the enterprise is situated within an industrial park and faces the risk of controlled electricity usage during peak summer load periods.
2) Solution: A high-performance liquid-cooled outdoor Energy Storage cabinet was deployed, featuring an advanced liquid thermal management system that ensures optimal battery performance and extended lifecycle under high-temperature conditions. The system delivers a total power of 400KW and a total capacity of 860KWh, directly connected to the distribution circuit of the enterprise’s critical production lines.

3) Operating Mode: The system’s core function is to provide “high-quality backup power supply and power quality management.” Under normal conditions, it participates in regular peak-shaving and valley-filling arbitrage. Upon detection of grid voltage abnormalities such as dips or momentary outages, the energy storage system can seamlessly transition to off-grid operation mode within 10 milliseconds via the integrated PCS, ensuring uninterrupted, high-quality power delivery to precision manufacturing lines until grid restoration or a controlled shutdown is executed.
4) Implementation Outcomes: Following project implementation, multiple production disruptions potentially caused by grid fluctuations were successfully averted, thereby safeguarding high-value assets. During periods of controlled power usage, the energy storage system is capable of sustaining critical processes for several hours, enabling continuous productionNegative impacts are minimized. The enhancement of power quality also contributes indirectly to increased product yield rates.
