Established strategic partnerships with Hyster-Yale and Hyundai

Announced global strategy with the establishment of branches in South Korea and Japan; completion of the Fuyang smart manufacturing factory, achieving an annual production capacity of 18 GWh; sales revenue 205 million USD.
2024

Established a strategic partnership with KION Group, Germany

Registered and established branches in Singapore and the United States; founded an enterprise research institute for off-highway vehicle power battery systems; sales revenue 182 million USD.
2025

Registered a subsidiary in Italy

Established strategic partnerships with Zoomlion, Sinoboom, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, Sunward, Noblelift, and EP Equipment; built sales and service network North America and Europe; supported business growth in South America and the Middle East; received IATF 16949 certification; sales revenue 186 million USD; cumulative battery shipments exceeded 350,000 units.
