This product employs CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells, delivering exceptional safety, ultra-long cycle life, and high-rate discharge capabilities. It supports multiple system configurations including 36V, 48V, and 72V, with peak pulse discharge current reaching up to 600A, effectively meeting the demanding operational requirements of warehousing logistics, manufacturing plants, and heavy-duty material handling.
Compared with traditional Lead-acid Batteries, ENEROC forklift Lithium Batteries provide significant advantages including maintenance-free operation, opportunity charging, fast full charging, and reliable all-weather performance. The product is equipped with an integrated automatic fire extinguishing system and an advanced intelligent BMS, capable of withstanding thermal runaway temperatures exceeding 800℃. It also supports 4G modules and Bluetooth remote monitoring to enable real-time battery health management and OTA upgrades, substantially enhancing operational safety and management efficiency.
For Golf Cart and sightseeing vehicle applications, ENEROC presented innovative lightweight Lithium Battery solutions. Engineered for a service life of up to 12 years with a cycle life exceeding 3,500 cycles, the product significantly reduces the overall vehicle weight compared to traditional Lead-acid Batteries, substantially enhancing operational endurance and vehicle handling performance. Incorporating a low-temperature heating system, it ensures reliable charging performance at temperatures as low as -30°C and can tolerate high temperatures up to 65°C, thus offering versatile applicability across golf courses, tourist destinations, airport shuttles, and campus patrol vehicles.
Simultaneously, ENEROC’s in-house developed intelligent charger garnered significant attention as a standout feature at the exhibition. This intelligent charger delivers precise voltage and current control, equipped with a multilingual HMI interface, environmental adaptability, and comprehensive fault detection capabilities. It provides industrial vehicles and Golf Carts with more efficient, safer, and stable charging solutions, effectively extending battery life while reducing customers’ overall operational costs.
