Prior to the formal signing ceremony, fruitful discussions took place between Mr. Fang Zhaoyang from Eneroc Technology's Sales & Marketing Center, Mr. Chen Jun from Hangcha Group's User Service Department, and the respective General Managers, Mr. Jin Weiyong of Shanghai Hangcha and Mr. Mo Jianming of Nanxun Hangcha.
Mr. Fang presented an in-depth overview of Eneroc Technology's development history and the strategic plans for the expansion of its after-sales service system. Simultaneously, Mr. Zhao Shangcheng from Eneroc's After-Sales Department engaged in discussions with the after-sales teams of Shanghai Hangcha and Nanxun Hangcha. The focus of the discussions revolved around addressing issues related to lithium-ion batteries encountered during the usage of electric forklifts. The parties exchanged insights into fault identification, analysis, and resolution methods, providing professional answers to enhance the understanding of lithium-ion battery products among the after-sales teams.
